Stonix is a concrete product distribution company and a division of CRC Global Solutions LLC, located at 32 Airline Hwy, Kenner, LA 70062. Stonix serves as the exclusive U.S. distributor of Basilisk Self-Healing Concrete products, providing warehousing, logistics, and distribution services.
All products listed on this site are manufactured by Basilisk Self-Healing Concrete (Netherlands) and distributed by Stonix. Product descriptions, specifications, and technical data are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Pricing is available exclusively through the Distributor Portal and is subject to change. All orders placed through the Distributor Portal are binding upon confirmation and payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Stonix is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.
Delivery options include local pickup from our Kenner, LA facility, local delivery within the Greater New Orleans area, and freight shipping for orders outside the region. Shipping costs and timelines vary by destination and order size. Stonix is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims for damaged or defective goods must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Basilisk products are backed by the manufacturer's published specifications and technical data. Stonix makes no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stonix and CRC Global Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, regardless of the cause of action. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Access to the Distributor Portal is restricted to authorized distributors and partners of Stonix. Access credentials are confidential and may not be shared with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these terms.
