    Dealer Intake
    Workflow & Stage Gates

A single, auditable pipeline that moves a qualified operator from inbound application to launched, KPI-governed territory — with explicit gates, SLA timers, and named owners at every step.

    Pipeline Overview

Every applicant occupies exactly one stage.

The dealer pipeline is the system of record. No applicant advances without an exit-gate sign-off, and no stage may exceed its SLA without triggering escalation.

Counts populate live from the Certified Network CRM once the dealer is granted portal access.

    Stage Gates

Six gates from inbound to good-standing.

Each gate has a named owner, a hard SLA, and explicit exit criteria. Gates cannot be skipped, and time spent in-stage is reported to network leadership weekly.

    SLA Timers

    Time-in-stage is a covenant, not a hope.

Every SLA timer below is enforced inside the Certified Network CRM. Breach triggers an automatic escalation to Network Operations and a documented remediation plan.

Two consecutive SLA breaches at the same gate require executive review before the applicant may continue through the pipeline.
